Our
rejuvenation holidays emphasise relaxation, pampering, holistic treatments and tasty, nurturing, healthy food (suitable for vegans, vegetarians and everyone else). Our rejuvenation holidays will help you de-stress, recharge and give you a sense of well being that will send you home feeling healthy and relaxed. You will start your day with a gentle yoga session. During the day you will be nourished by our high quality, sugar, wheat and dairy-free food. You will be able to spend time ridding your body of unwanted toxins in our sauna cabin, and tone up your circulation by plunging into the swimming pool. One of the days will be spent either walking in the beautiful Alpujarra mountains or visiting a thermal spa or a hammam bath (traditional Arabic bath). Holisitic therapies are available (
at an additional cost) to help the process further, for example, an essential-oil, Shiatsu or Thai massage, or a reflexology treatment.
